Site is not user friendly and you don't offer many products from the past

There was not a lot of online selections, I probably would have had a better selection if I had gone into the store. This was also a Christmas gift for someone & when I went to check out I was not given the option to have it mailed to a different address or change the card type for the payment, it was “assumed” the order was coming to me & that I wanted to use the card on file for the payment. Next time I will go into the store instead of ordering online. If I’m going to pay for shipping I might as well get what I’m looking for.

The prices have increased. As much as I love The Body Shop since the days when it was unique to recycle in England. Not sure if it is worth it.

As with a different recent Body Shop package, this one arrived beat up and the mint foot scrub tubes (3 of them) were banged up so severely there's no way I could give as gifts as intended. One was so bad I just hope I can use it as intended since the metal is so crimped. The Vitamin C face scrub is great, and the Rose body butter smells nice (haven't used it yet). If their shipping were faster and the products weren't damaged, I would have given 5 stars.

The main issue is that the products were damaged looking--the metal tubing for peppermint scrub was dented all over. It is supposed to be a gift, so that's disappointing. Shipping took a bit longer than expected.
