To date, I have not received my product.

I do not have any positive sentiments regarding my 1st and last experience with TAK

I ordered online and did not receive my package. Customer service was terrible, taking a week to respond between each message and ultimately was not able to do anything or provide any kind of refund or compensation and stopped responding to me altogether after just a few questions. I understand that issues with shipping are often out of the hands of the company, but I was not made to feel valued as a customer as they made no attempts to make things right. I was excited to order from Alchemist's Kitchen, but lost my money and will not be ordering again.

Worthless product

On some part this is the shipping services fault - but the vendor hasn’t done anything to remedy it either. I wanted the products in a timely fashion and a month later, I still don’t have them.
