Exceptional Customer Service!
A. The Temptu air Device I received in 2019 was malfunctioning. Due to my extreme disappointment with a previously purchased airbrush device (other brands) For 2 years, I did not contact Temptu customer service but one day in December 2021, I had the motivation to repurchase their product and I thought of reporting the broken T.device and I send my report by use of email and sent me a new Temptu air device. (But with an exception. See warranty information. In my case, I did not touch it and did not take it to the repairman, etc.)
B. I placed an order in January of 2022 but I received an incorrect item. After I informed them, they themselves in the person of an agent named, 'Lissette' contacted me via email, and my original order shipped within 3 days.
Amazing customer service. Thank you Temptu Staff especially to Lissette for all your assistance to me! Now, about the products: The foundation made me look good and still like myself after hours. Will definitely buy them again. Cheers!
