I placed an order online; when my order was received there was 1 item that was incorrect. I called customer service and spoke with Asha, she was genuine and extremely helpful in sending me the correct item. I also placed an additional order with her help.

I had 3 AirPods that stopped working. I met one of the reps at the makeup show in nyc who told me I could exchange them. I emailed customer service, they got back to me immediately, sent me 3 new pods and a prepaid shipping label to send the old ones back. Couldn’t have been easier. Thank you so much.
