I love this makeup and have been using it faithfully for 5+years. However, customer service could be better. I have had the wrong makeup sent to me 3+ times. One time I specifically ordered it in advance as I needed it for a wedding I was in. I feel that the correct color should have been sent by next day air at their expense. I emailed stating I needed the makeup by a certain date and that they had sent the wrong color but they still sent it with 7-10 day shipping. Very frustrating.
