Customer service has been the best I have ever had.

I was very disappointed in the temptu device. The first one did not work and the second one just spurted products out in globs no matter what setting I put it on. I've been wanting to try it for a long time and was so let down. I really cud not rate the make up itself becuz I cud never get it applied with the device itself effectively enough to know . I have to say the customer service has been the best of any that I have dealt with as far as very quick responses and delivery time also. I so wished the device was near as great as the customer service!

I have the "plug-in" version that I love, but needed something more compact for travel. This is it! Operates wonderfully, and so easy to use. Love it.
