Shipped faster than I thought
1. A+ for Delivery! I am super pleased because the package to me faster than the estimated delivery time. I really did want it early.
2. Shopping Experience: I was VERY confused about what shade to get and stared at Shade Finder and googled images for at least 2 weeks before I finally placed an order. And the shade wasn't perfect. To be fair, I didn't use the customer service tool of chatting with someone and submitting my old foundation brand/color etc, so it was difficult to choose. I just wanted to order RIGHT away and not go through this whole chit chat process. In retrospect, I took so long deciding and didn't end up with a perfect shade, so I should have just sucked it up and submitted my old foundation info. I would have preferred a pop-up chat box on the bottom right of my screen, where I could talk to someone LIVE about choosing shades.
3. FAQ: I wish the FAQ would specify WHERE you're supposed to tuck that lil black lid of the airpods when you put into the Temptu. Like, do you tuck it down? to the side? Just stick the airpod in and ignore where that lil black thing goes? Who knows STILL? Other than that, I remember using the FAQ and feeling very safe in purchasing after reading through it.
4. I wish we had photos of swatches of the blush/highlighter ON actual SKIN! Not just a blob of color. It doesn't show much. I think Colourpop is a good example of swatch photos.
5. LOVE YOUR PRODUCT! IT'S AMAZING! But of course, you know that :D and THANK YOU for SELLING THIS STUFF! THANK YOU! IT'S CHANGED MY LIFE! I LOVE YOU GUYS!
