Tan Luxe US

I used this product exactly as directed and I ended up having to go to the doctor due to a severe rash. I am still taking prescribed medication. I do have sensitive skin but all the over the counter products I tried, did not work. I am feeling much better and actually gave my Luxe Tan to my niece.

The Paris Hilton airbrush spray is awful, turned me orange. Customer Service is even worse. They were unhelpful and will not accept a return after 1 use and a terrible result!

Would never spend my money on the Paris Hilton tan product again. Last about three days and then was splotchy everywhere. Your other tan luxe products are so much better!

I have never had an allergic reaction to a self tanning product or any other skin/hair product for that matter, hence why I confidently bought the biggest bottle of Tan Luxe to try/use. After using a small amount for a few days, I had a horrific allergic reaction giving me a very itchy rash all over my body. I stopped using the product over 5 weeks ago and I’m still dealing with the aftermath. Unfortunately, the tan luxe t&c says I could not get a refund because I bought the item on sale. They very oddly sent me a “your order is now complete” email recently (weeks after my purchase in March 2024), making me think I was on some sort of AutoShip plan and another bottle was being charged and sent to me.

Terrible customer service ! I've emailed then 4 times and sent text messages on Facebook. I need to return my unused item. No response !!
