Faulty Products and no Customer Service Response
Not in this order, but in my first order, the one before this, I had with TanLuxe, I ordered "the water", and I got something looking like mold/fluffy matter in the bottle. I sent emails with photos, reached out over social media but no response anywhere. So no refund, no replacement, not even a response, and instead I had to order new products, since I had promised it as a gift. I like the products, but it reflects badly on you as a company when you send out faulty products and when you do not even reply to any concerns. I asked if it was looking weird or if it was unsafe to use. To add, I have not used the faulty product.
