Had no contact with customer service

Shipping was fast, just disappointed that I received mine and there was very little liquid in the bottle.

Seems to work, but slowly.

First time customer, took advantage of a promotion mid-November. I didn't receive any communications for 13 days, reached out to Support requesting information when this would be fulfilled as I was moving early December. They told me "14 days" (which would have been the next day) is the expectation for promo cycle shipping and no other information. This took a very long time to fulfill and ship (about 3 weeks), wish there were better communications around order status especially as this was BEFORE holiday shopping.
