Customer service was great when I had an issue with my order. Tracking information was never emailed for both orders so I took off 1 star. In a busy area I like to grab the packages right away if possible because they aren’t always put in our security box. Without tracking info, I have no idea when they shipped or will arrive.

Tan-Luxe website is easy to navigate and there is a lot of product information and necessary application information. It is very good at product description and information that you need to apply their products so it is a very good for information and product description. They have a place to ask questions and respond was quickly.
