I have not had a reason to call customer service so cannot comment, but my order arrived really quickly and was well packaged. Web site is easy to navigate especially for me who has no idea how to use things like that.

I have had a great experience with Tan Luxe with make sure to buy directly from you in the future. Dpd was the courier and they weren’t as great and the packaging arrived in a bit of a state however luckily both products were completely fine.
