Very impressed! I'm just visiting Bangkok from the U.S. and I lost my contacts, so I ordered some sent to my hotel. TA-TO shipped the same day, and actually drove the package to my hotel and left it for me with the concierge -- for no extra charge. And the customer service agent that I had initiated a chat with on the website kept me posted about her progress along the way, including sending a photo of the package at my hotel with the concierge. Crazy level of customer service!
