I have mailed back my item for credit to my charge account

The device was not good for me. Too heavy and awkward for me to use at 84. I have sent it back (paid $25. in postage) I hope it arrives soon? When it gets there, I want my credit card refunded for the item. Thank you, Sue Parr, Rye NH

I don’t have the chair.

I don’t have the chair. I was told the drivers would bring it in my apartment and put it together. They did not. They said it would take 2 strong men to put it together so I had to send it back as I’m 72 years old and don’t have 2 strong men . I’m still trying to get in contact with someone to cancel my loan agreement. Please advise.

Do Not Buy From Them

Chair was lost for weeks in shipping. I had to call and ask them to find it. Reluctant to give a refund. When they finally showed up, the "white glove" team had never seen the chair before. They couldn't get it up up the stairs and were hardly able to get it in the door. Waiting for my refund.
