Ordered this weeks ago, directly at Surthrival due to a special promo. Order was never delivered. Asked advice, and after sending 2 reminders finally got this great answer: call USPS. You cannot call USPS for this, you need to stop by the central post office, which I did. Item seemed lost. Informed customer service, no response. Sent another email. no response. Surthrival, this is bad service. I have been buying this item for years through one of your resellers. I will be rethinking that now. Very disappointing experience.

Never received it.packages left on my front porch are stolen.
