Top stuff, good pump with no heavy come downs. Solid pre workout

Not too jittery, but if you don't like the 'little lightning bolt zap' feeling then probably avoid. Mind it, it doesn't last long. The taste isn't that fabulous but that's the only negative I could think of. Definitely on my list of things to buy again.
