Cancellation of auto delivery

The representative was very quick to respond and take care of my request. However, when given the reasons I was canceling (due to paying over $300.00 for one canister of collegian and 3 bags of tea) there was no explanation just a ‘hope to see you back soon’. This product is definitely too rich for my budget.

Poor communication

I called and asked to refund 2 products that were not working for me, the customer service representative took my information and said I had 5 days to return the product for a full refund. She then said she would email me the return labels. That email never arrived and the clock was running on my full return. I had to call again to request they please forward me the label to return the unused product. Finally after speaking to another representative the email was sent. This left me one day to get the product in the mail and off for my refund. Poor poor customer service.
