Great customer service!!

I wasn’t aware that this purchase was a subscription that automatically reorder and I cancelled and the rep credited the account and cancelled the service. I’m still trying the product but have a ton still so stay tuned for my progress

They responded quickly, politely and accurately. It was a pleasant experience.

I did not realize I had signed up for auto ship and was upset when I received the product and the amount charged to my account. When I called in the customer service rep was very kind and reassuring that she would take care of it. I have returned the product and am waiting for the credit to my account.

I asked to cancel my subscription and they responded immediately.
