Superfeast herbal remedies are where it’s at. As someone who could easily polish off an entire french press of coffee by myself and still feel sluggish, I had known for a long time I needed to get my adrenals in check and give my nervous system some relief. I am obsessed with this company and everything it stands for. I tell everyone I know who will listen. I am a yoga teacher, licensed esthetician and reiki master, so laying hands on people is a daily part of my practice. I feel so grounded and tapped in. I can connect more fully and show up each day without the stress and anxiety that caffeine causes from wringing my adrenals dry. I feel nourished and calm. I guess you could say I am a lifelong Superfeast junkie lol!

I started drinking Superfeast's Reishi in November of 2024 and have since been having it in my morning coffee and on its own at night (sometimes with an afternoon cup, too!) every day since. One of the major changes I have noticed is that I sleep through the night, whereas I used to wake up at least once; now it feels like a deeper, more restorative sleep and my cognitive function is better. I also feel generally that my mind is more at ease all the time and I do feel like stressful situations have less of an impact on my nervous system than they did. Plus, I love the taste! I've recommended it to friends and family, and I only do that when I truly love something and believe it is worth sharing.
