I’ve been using ashwaganda for about 6 months now and I do feel a marked difference in my nervous system. My issue is with the huge change in pricing. My first purchase contained 120 capsules with recommended dosage being 1 capsule/day. My second purchase contained only 90 capsules for the same price with recommended dosage being 2 capsules/day, yet the milligrams/capsule is the same. That’s just dishonest.
