I haven't really noticed any difference with this one personally but I still would like to say that it's clearly excellent quality and I also find mixing it in with my black coffee gives a kind of burnt caramel flavour that is actually quite yummy - I don't regret giving it a try even if it wasn't the right one for me

I love this mushroom blend. I am still feeling improvements everyday months after taking it regularly.
