I bought the “I am Gaia” women’s blend in hopes to bring back my absent period. I’ve only had 1 period in the last 2 years, and not on any BC or hormones. They are also usually incredibly painful. I have horrible endometriosis and PCOS and thought to look for a natural option to regulate my hormones and bring on a regular cycle. I have been having a quarter of a teaspoon every night for the last 2 months, and to my surprise, my absent period has returned. It has been completely manageable for the first time in my life and I haven’t needed any strong pain relief as I previously had. I’m really happy with this product and the superfeast blends that I’ve recommended this to a few friends who have similar issues. Thank you superfeast ☺️
