I have seen a big improvement in my energy levels by using Mason's and Jing each morning. I had tried so many things over the years, but this really worked. Quite the miracle really. I am 60 and it's hard to explain how tired I was. I have lost count of what I have tried over the years to improve. I found that Superfeast was the thing that really shifted the needle for me. Now, (with some other lifestyle tweaks), I can easily get through a day :) Before, I could not. I also love that the products are helping to support my immunity.
