Didn’t even receive package, customer service was terrible - I’m a first time customer and will be sure to never shop your product

Honestly, I still haven’t received my product. I’ve emailed them, called them, reached out to them on Instagram…they’re excuse is that they’re “really busy”. Yeah, like who isn’t during this time, but don’t take people’s money if you don’t have the customer service to make us feel like our money is going to a good place. I feel scammed!

Shipping is just terrible. I love the products with a passion, but the shipping struggle is just too stressful and time consuming. I love Sukin, but I think I’ll have to find a different brand.

Lotion pump broken upon arrival. Immediately reached out via email and phone and it’s been 2 weeks with no resolution. Terrible customer service, no human to speak and generic email replies. Will not order again.

Product was ok for the first week then I started developing rashes. Shipping took forever like 2 weeks and I had to call and ask about delivery. Now its too late to return Items, Lost my money. Very disappointed in product and shipping.
