The machine is loud maybe I should’ve bought the Saber instead. And unlike the YouTube videos I have seen showing a close shave the first attempt I have to shave my head twice just to get it bald. Maybe I need to zero gap it? I got an email yesterday saying the Instinct original is now 40% off and that’s disappointing because I would have waited to make such an investment in a trimmer had I known that. On a brighter note the blade doesn’t irritate my neck like my last trimmer.

Everything was good, except, I paid for 2 day shipping and received it 4 days later. Clippers are beautiful and they cut nice. Overall, the experience was, okay.
