Product arrived on time. I’m just disappointed that it didn’t work for me

Disappointed with not receiving all samples because that always helps me decide whether or not to buy the real size product. Also disappointed that I didn’t get my reward points. The products themselves are good if they work for you (not everything does.

I haven’t received any rewards for my last couple of orders. I have sent two emails to customer service but they haven’t responded. The stars are for the products not the service.
