Excellent customer service - carrier hadn’t delivered order after 10 days - I contacted Customer Services who immediately offered a refund or replacement. I opted for replacement and 2 days later original order received! emailed to let them know and asked for label to return. They advised to accept with their compliments! I was very impressed and thankful.
