Strands Hair Care

Order has taken over 2 weeks to be received. I contacted y’all and yall said the order could not be canceled. I no longer need the product because I had to go out and buy shampoo because the order is taking to long to receive.

I bought the shampoo and conditioner used It one time and I had an allergic reaction to it. I contacted the hair lab and they just told me to take it back to Walmart where I purchased it instead of just reimbursing me them self

The product left my hair greasy after only 24 hours. When I contacted support all they did was suggest that I purchase a different shampoo. I dont want to spend more money on a product that already left my hair worse then when I started. I spent over $20 on the initial products and they want me to go out and spend another $15 to try and fix what they now say would work better in my hair?!?!

These products killed my hair and made it fall out. Definitely will never use again.

Gave me dandruff and I have never had that problem... emailed and they took days to reply
