I couldn’t believe the offer of a free refill! As I have purchased before and will continue to do so, I had a near empty bottle already. A great eco friendly idea! The process couldn’t have been simpler and my choice of collection point (which was changed at the last minute) was acknowledged without any hassle and an email to confirm. The cost of this collection of my ‘empty’ was minimal and the return of a full bottle was within 5 days which given it was Christmas, was really impressive. I would definitely do this again!
