I was disappointed that I couldn't even special order a "Pernicious Anemia Diagnostic Panel" through Personalabs, even though Quest Diagnostics offers it (their test number for it is 91304). I had to get it through Walk-In Lab, which offers the three components of that test separately.

The web site was confusing. After I had paid for my test it turned out that it wasn't actually offered in my state. The customer service group was good and refunded my money without any hassle.

Nice and Easy. Just Pick your lab test, pay for it, go to a facility , and get it done! The one problem I found was the first facility I went to, they had no idea of what to do and didn't do the test for me, so I decided to go to the next facility in the same hospital. They were really nice and professionals. My results didn't come when they should have, but Personalabs contacted me and helped me out. I will definitively repeat the experience. Now I know where to go and that this company cares about my experience.

Happy with your services, the lab I’m going through though hasn’t approved my lab order and it’s supposed to be in 2 days.
