I told the technician I was fasting but the results were reported "non-fasting."

Other than a cumbersome website, everything went very smoothly

Easy to order and get labs drawn. A bit of confusion from the chat operator but this was quickly rectified by the support staff. One of the labs in a group order was not done - no other "heads up" other than lab result says "not done". Hmmm...

Results took too long to be ready

Process was easy and simple. Ordered online and was able to get a blood test for nicotine next day. Results took a few extra days, but in fairness, it was over the 4th of July holiday period that could have caused the extra days. Would like to see additional information on interpreting the results, without having to pay additional.
