So easy to use and no waiting for a doctor’s appointment on important labs. Where have you been all these years!

Amazing !! Found the tests I was looking for... all were for a wellness check so they were grouped together as a package instead of having to select each individually. Purchasing as a package is very convenient. Ordered the tests at 7 am. By 9:30 same morning, I was having a blood draw. By 10 am completely finished. How amazing is that ?? Yeah, I know, the alternative is to spend hours trying to just get an appointment with a doctor. then spending hours in the waiting room.. just to have her send you to a lab.. and then wait another few weeks for results which are ' nothing unusual'. Well, what the heck does ' nothing unusual ' mean. On personal labs I can access all test results for the past many years and get online assistance if any abnormalities are flagged. A vast improvement over the old, antiquated ' doctor's office visit ' business model !!

Easy to follow and if you need help the customer service is fantastic! Answering the phone is amazing these days--thank you for that!
