Information provided is not consistent
While the leaflet/flyer axcompanies by the product states certain pH range to be required, the pH range provides through email is different. Hence, inconsistent information.
Also the pH and HOCL measuring test strips are super inaccurate to get the right pH. Since pH is on a logaritmic scale, measuring pH accurately is critical. With the provided strips it is often hard to distinguish what the pH is.
All in all, making pure HOCL is dependant on wrong/contradicting information and wrong/inaccurate measurement tools.
Also, there is no tool to measure real HOCL cincentration, it is done via a detour which involves assumptions, no real measurement of strictly HOCL
