Unfortunately, I was disappointed.
When my daughter broke her wrist in May, a friend loaned me a water sleeve for her to wear to our town pool. While it did a decent job of protecting her cast, I had heard from some friends that there were better products out there that would offer better protection. I did a google search and found the drypro product. I went on the website and watched the instructional video on how to measure correctly. I used their webpage to input her measurements, because this would supposedly give me the correct item to order for her. Based on her measurements, I was told to order the small full-arm sleeve. I thought this was odd since she is only 8 years old and very thin. I even had my husband watch the video and double check my measurements. When he got the same results, I went ahead and ordered what the website recommended. When the sleeve arrived it turned out to be huge on her. It went to almost her shoulder, felt uncomfortably tight on her, and after the air was pumped out of it, she was left with what look like a giant fin for a hand. This portion of the sleeve also squeezed her fingers uncomfortably.
I understand that there is a no-refund policy. However, this seems very unfair when I did everything I was told to do .Fortunately, her cast is off and she's now wearing a wrist brace that she's allowed to remove for swimming. I spent a lot of money, and she never used the sleeve. Disappointed to say the least.
