Re-evaluate your brand tone
Too many transactional and marketing emails all at once. I appreciate the While You Wait email, but I didn’t find value in any of the emails. Overall, the brand messaging and articles feels a little tone insensitive. I am trying after losing my baby last year in the second trimester. I wished there just was some sensitivity around the trauma, anxiety and pressure that women who are trying to get pregnant go through. The last email with blog health articles felt overly clinical, but not in a useful and supportive way.
