Amazing customer service!
I was upset when my first order shipped broken. I was contacted by Rosella and she fixed everything for me so quickly! She sent me 2 new boxes of tests, as well as an ovulation test free of charge! I was very upset last month, not only that my stix tests were broken - it happens, things get banged around when shipped - but I was upset that it wasn't "our month". Fingers crossed this month is better! Thanks to this amazing team,and their wonderful customer service! I can't wait to find out this month if we will be expanding our family this year, with the results given by Stix. :)
