Carry your products at Sephora

Waste of money. These product were chunky and not pigmented and not like the pictures. Very deceiving. When I contacted the company they said it was on sale so that meant final sale. After going back and forth (waste of my time and time is also money), they said they would make a one time return exception but I had to pay to ship it back and they wanted me to ship with tracking. At that point the cost to me would have outweighed the value of the return. It was not apparent when making the purchase that all my items would be final sale. Very disappointed in Stila online.

No assistance from customer service.

Unsafe, unsealed item. Very bad smell. Sticky tube. Very dirty and sticky and unsealed. Would not be safe.
