Shipping was pretty quick. They were really good about letting me know the stage in which my order was. Everything was packaged well. I also got a free medical paper medical card, along with the metal one I ordered for my wallet. Only thing I wish they did was label the picture to show which clasp is which. I accidentally ordered the wrong clasp thinking I knew which was which.
