I just received my stethoscope today. Lovely engraving by laser. The customer service replied really quickly and really helped solving problems/ answered my queries constructively. The delivery was delayed for one day but it was largely the fault of the Bulgarian Fedex/ TNT. Incredible online shopping experience!
