The support was very professional. I have had view questions, and the respond per email was very fast and very nice. I ordered first only the Stethoscope and after them I asked your team to add also the MiniBox to my order. The process was easy and your colleague did a great job. I ordered a MiniBox for the stethoscope, and I am not sure. When I tried to open/close it, I have had to be very careful. Not sure if the quality is very high. I hope the Stethoscope is high quality. The bad thing was I paid in Czech koruna, instead in Euro. It should be mentioned somewhere in the website about the price in Euro. Transport was very fast. The products are a gift for an important person. I hope the she will be happy with the quality of the products.
