Ordered the Stethoscope (with engraving) on a Sunday evening, Received order confirmation, invoice and courier tracking immediately by email. Tracked the package and saw that the order was dispatched from Greece on Monday afternoon. The DHL tracking link worked at all times and I could see the package travelled in super quick time to Italy, then Germany, then Ireland, and then delivered to Ireland by 11.30am on Tuesday, by DHL. The delivery instructions to DHL Express were exactly followed (1st time). The stethoscope was exactly as pictured and ordered. Well packaged and looks great. Very impressive experience and would definitely recommend this company, especially because of the engraving.
