starpharmacyau - Shopify Plus (UAT)

Failed to include delivery instructions on label and parcel not left as requested causing inconvenience by having to collect from PO.

Item not received I have checked with post office and nothing yet received

This was a click and collect that I actually rang about at 10am in the morning because I also needed a prescription filled and they advised that they would be "on it" straight away. My partner went in to collect my filled prescription and wanted to collect the click and collect as well but was told that it would be about 2 hours away because it takes that long to put the products together and they had been "really busy". My partner wanted to wait but they were adamant that the order would be at least another 2 hours... It was ready for collection 10 minutes after he left. NOT IMPRESSED and this is my actual chemist.

Psychopath that's the be all end all of the incompetent staff all dumb as a box of hair yep
