I could see a difference about a week into using the 3 step system and it just continues to get better. It cleared up all my problem areas and my skin feels SO soft. amazing cream. I originally bought this from a Dermatologist years ago and then found it online. This is the only treatment that removes rough calluses on my feet. Leaves skin soft and smooth. Love this cream
