Mediocre product and mediocre customer service.

I’ve been using the KP kit every day for the past two weeks and have noticed no change.

I bought the mild cleaning gel, but I started having breakouts every a couple of days.

I haven’t received the products yet!

You are out of the gel cleanser, oddly, so I tried the lotion cleanser instead. Unfortunately it broke my skin out. I can't find the gel anywhere so I ended up having to purchase the tiny travel size. Please restock immediately!!
