I have three Glytone products----all delivered by a pump. Not one of the three works well. I repeatedly pump before getting anything out (new bottles, by the way) and then the products come out in dribbles, Only the eye cream--which is pretty thick--delivers properly. Please check out why your pumps are so touchy.

Love this product, however, I was a little perturbed to discover that my bottle was nearly only 80% full.

The website and purchasing experience was easy. It was my first time ordering and they were out of stock on the toner. I bought some other items. What im not satisfied with is that the face wash feels slimy, leaves a film behind, and doesn't remove all makeup. You can tell because you see it on the cotton pad when you use toner after washing. I could live with that, but the worse part was that these products irritate my contact lenses to the point that I cannot use them. It sucks that im stuck with products and glytone has a no refund policy on open items. Not very good customer service.
