Had exactly what i needed and very quickly delivered.

I ordered a product on line just before Christmas. I got a phone call from someone at SSS to say the colour wasn't available (we picked another colour) and they personally took it to the post office that day in an Express Post bag. It arrived the next day - on Christmas Eve - perfect! Thanks for the great service.

Was sent product with different specification but customer service team efficiently dealt with the issue and promptly organised for a return and a refund.
