Vraiment efficace

It is now a bit more than a month that I ordered my Spooky2-Microgen. Unfortunately I have not succeeded to install it properly in line with the descriptions in the manual 😥. I contacted the Customer service which gave me further options to explore. For a more fluent communication we even used the more user-friendly WhatsApp. Finally an appointment for an on-line assistance was made. Lisa Zhang checked very kindly and skillfully out the full installation procedure. We came to the conclusion that the Microgen is unfortunately technically not ok. The next step is that I will receive a new piece op equipment. It is a pity I have not been able to use the Microgen yet after such a long time. but I have confidence that I will receive the new piece of equipment as soon as possible. Thank you Lisa for all the time you spend in helping me in such a friendly way. All together a lengthy process which took me also a lot of time and persistence. But I fully understand this can sporadically happen. I have still lots of confidence in the healing effects of the Microgen. Next step for me is I will now also buy the Spooky2 Scalar. Hopefully I will be more lucky in getting this one operational! Maybe the Marketing department has a special reduction code for a consumer like me whom was confronted with this bad luck situation… 😇 Thanks again Customer Support of the Spooky2 team!
