Overall, I have been really pleased spermidineLIFE. I received my package after a few days. Still waiting to see the affects of taking the supplement, but I haven't had any adverse affects yet. I wish the price was a bit lower, but for an all natural product, I get that its not cheap to make. Customer service answered all my questions via the website chat (sometimes took a couple minutes though). Pleased with my experience.

Since taking spermidine (two capsules every day) for the past almost 6 weeks, I have really noticed my energy level increasing a lot! I wake up ready to get things done and don’t stop until later in the evening most days. I have always been energetic but the last year or so not as much so this is great! Also I have noticed my skin looking and feeling so good! It has also helped my digestive system and I have been much more regular and “normal” with that. My sleep has improved a lot as well and being a post menopausal woman, I had been having trouble sleeping undisturbed. I am thankful for improvement in that! Overall I am happy with the results I have noticed so far with regularly taking Spermadine and will continue to do so!
