I bought several bottles at once but I didn’t open them all at once . I opened one box after finishing what I had been using. The bottle was crushed on the top. I reached out to the company and they were awesome! They not only replaced my bottle they gave me an extra one. Customer service is exceptional! Nobody wants a hassle and they didn’t give me one. That’s good customer service.
