Haven't experienced any difference yet. It's been at least a week since I have been using it.

It's hard to know if it's doing anything. However, I've noticed that since taking Spermidene, scores on brain programs I do daily have been the best they've ever been. So, I will continue to take it. I don't know if you are aware, but I am 92. An epigentic test says I'm 74 and a telomere test says I'm 70. The photo I'm submitting is 3 years old.
